Adam D. Glassman is the firm’s managing attorney. His expertise is in the prosecution of federal and state personal injury and medical malpractice matters, and he has been selected to the 2023 New York Metro Super Lawyers list, an honor reserved for those attorneys who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 5% of the attorneys in the New York Metropolitan area receive this distinction. During the course of Adam's illustrious career, he has secured nearly one hundred million dollars in compensation for his clients.

Mr. Glassman also specializes in commercial, corporate and real estate litigation and transactions. He is highly regarded by his colleagues, and his advice is frequently sought by many of his fellow members of the bar.

Adam graduated from Brooklyn College (summa cum laude) in 1991, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society. Mr. Glassman attended the Fordham University School of Law and served as a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, before graduating in 1994. He was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1995, and to the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York shortly thereafter.

Mr. Glassman practiced as a “Trial Attorney” with Zurich Insurance Company from 1995 to 1999, and as a "Senior Trial Attorney" from 1999 to 2000. While employed with Zurich, Adam's practice was concentrated in the area of insurance defense litigation. In addition to trying numerous cases to verdict, he successfully argued appeals before the Appellate Division's First and Second Judicial Departments.

In 1997, Professor Glassman began his academic career as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Zicklin School of Business of the City University of New York (CUNY). He left his employ with Zurich to pursue teaching full-time as a Professor of Law at Zicklin. From 2000 to 2005, Adam instructed honors students in all facets of the “Law of Business Contracts” and the “Law of Business Organizations.” In addition to being recognized by Zicklin as one of its most outstanding professors, Professor Glassman excelled as a scholar, having published a variety of articles in nationally renowned law reviews and journals, which have since been cited by a multitude of academicians in their own scholarly works. Professor Glassman’s most significant contribution to CUNY came through his involvement with the CUNY (now Macaulay) Honors College. From 2001 to 2005, he served such institution with distinction, both as a course creator and professor.

After returning to the private practice of law in 2005, in order to fulfill his vision of creating his own, multi-disciplined law firm, Mr. Glassman resumed his involvement with the Macaulay Honors College in January 2007, where he served as a course advisor and Adjunct Professor at its Hunter College Campus until 2014.  Adam has also taught courses in Real Estate and Business Law at Touro College.

From 2005 to 2020, Mr. Glassman served as a New York State Administrative Law Judge, where he was responsible for adjudicating appeals in child neglect matters.

In 2020, Adam acquired the Law Office of Alan C. Glassman and merged its operations into The Glassman Law Group.

In addition to participating in a number of philanthropic and other community service based endeavors, Mr. Glassman previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Temple Am Echad of Lynbrook.

Despite having taken on many roles, Adam considers those most important to be that of dedicated and proud husband of his wonderful wife Melissa, as father of his incredible children, Leo, Harrison, Hope, and G, and as "gwampa" to Shay, whose countless accomplishments he is most proud.
